For any reason, in the event that that you are not satisfied with with your purchase, we will offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Kindly note that all refunds will ONLY be made in the form of Store Credit


Please note that only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact are eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, orders that are categorized under Sales / Discount or items purchased with promotional code are NOT eligible for Return.

Kindly follow the following steps while making your return request:

  1. Download and completely fill in the Returns Note (downloadable here).

  2. Send an email to to inform us about the request. Kindly state your order number as title and attach the return note together with the email.

  3. Our store keeper will reply your with the return address.

  4. Pack the item(s) in good condition and attach the Returns Note.

  5. Deliver the item(s) using courier services that allows tracking.

Customers are responsible for courier charges of returned items. All returns must be done via mailing and returns request that does not follow the steps stated above will be rejected.

Within 14 days we receive the returned product, the returned items will be checked by our store keeper and we will make refunds to you as soon as possible.



OOPS SORRY! In the case where you believe you have received the wrong or defective items, please send a photograph of the incorrect/defective item with the order number at

The postage charges for sending the defective and incorrect items back to us will be reimbursed to you and a replacement piece will be sent accordingly. In the case that the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

However, the items must be unworn, not ironed, not damaged, unwashed, unaltered and with its tag intact or the items is not eligible for refund.



Please mail back the item(s) that you wish to make a size exchange and attach a Returns Note on it. We will refund in Store Credit to your account and you may place another order that fit your preferred size.

Please note that size exchange can only be done once per item for every order.



Return of item(s) must be made within 14 days from the orders’ received date. Late returns will not be entertained.

Only items purchased directly through will be accepted. Returns request for items that purchased through third party or any other seller will be declined.

Item(s) and original parts and accessories attached with the item(s) must be in good condition (must be unworn, not ironed, not damaged, unwashed, unaltered and with its tag intact or the items) to be eligible for return.

Kindly pack the return item(s) in the way that it will not exposed. Original packaging can be used.

Please send the return item(s) using delivery method that allows tracking. Closet es Bella is not liable for any lost mail during the delivery process.

If the return is accepted, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the returned item(s)(during time of purchase) in the form of Store Credit. Should there be any discount/promo code applied on the item, only the after-discount price will be refunded.

For exchange matter, if the item is out of stock, store credits will be issued.

We reserve the right to decline the size exchange or Return request if the Return request does not follow the requirements above or cause suspicious.



Slight colour or size difference due to mass production of the item(s) and individual devices difference. The colour might seems slightly difference from actual item received as the product’s photo shown on the Site are captured under professional studio environment.

Item(s) has been purposely damaged to make it eligible for exchange.

Slight defects condition (loose threads, scratches or slight stains that are not obvious etc) are not considered as defects.

If the general outlook of the clothing is not affected by the minor ‘defects’ when worn, it will not be considered as defects.

Defects that occurred after washed, ironed or altered by customer are not eligible for returns.



Store credit will be issued in the form of Gift Card with its unique code will be emailed to respective email address. Simply apply the code during checkout to spend the store credit. 

All Return/Exchange is not entitled for Free Shipping promotion, gift card users are required to choose normal shipping during checkout. In the event that gift card users have accidentally chosen Free Shipping as shipping mode, an invoice will be sent to top up the shipping charges (admin fees of S$1.50 will be applied).

Return/Exchange can only be made one time per order.

Store credit is not exchangeable, transferable, nor convertible to cash. 



Closet es Bella reserve the rights to determine the eligibility of item(s) to be considered as defect.

Customer is responsible for the postage charges in the events of Return / Refund / Exchange.

The shipping fees that has been charged on all orders will NOT be refunded unless agreed by us.

As most of our dresses have different measurements in term of cuttings, kindly refer to the size chart shown in the tab "Measurement" (located beside tab "Details").


Bust: Measure over the fullest part of your chest.  

Waist: Measure over the above of your belly button and below your rib cage.

Hips: Measure over the widest part of your hips.
