Your shopping experience in Closetesbella is always at our highest priority. This page explains the Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) that apply to our website www.closetesbella.com (the “Site”) and outline the terms and conditions in providing products and services to you through the Site. Users are encouraged to read these T&Cs before making any purchase from the Site. By making any purchase or order, you are deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. Please visit this page regularly to stay updated with the changes we have made to these T&Cs.
Our operating hours are from Monday to Sunday (9am – 10pm), GMT (UTC +8:00), excluding public holidays.
Please email to us at email@example.com for enquiries regarding to sales/order and state your order number to facilitate our checking process.
While we will check and verify all transaction including email and payment confirmation as soon as possible, we will try our best to complete it within 48 hours of working days.
If you don’t receive any reply from us for your enquiries, please do not send us multiples emails within 48 hours as the email will be pushed further up and will cause longer time spend to get back to you. We promise we will attend to your email as soon as possible.
All customer who registered an account on the Site with their personal details will be automatically added to our e-mailing list. Customers may opt out from the marketing list in the marketing email we sent.
ORDER & PAYMENT
You can order item(s) with us by submitting the product through “Add to Cart” function on the Site.
Item(s) that is/are added to the wishlist or shopping cart on the Site doesn’t considered as Purchased item(s). Item(s) is only considered as Purchased once you have received the Payment Receipt of the item(s).
Our Site accept Credit Cards on Mastercard and Visa which is operated by the Stripe. Any enquiries regarding the payment, please email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Our prices are stated in Singapore Dollar (S $) in default. If you wish to change the displayed to the currency of your country, kindly change it to the top right of the Site. Once payment has bene made, it is deem as final and no refund is allowed in the event that the purchased item is available with different price on sale.
Closetesbella is not liable for any additional postage or taxes charged by the local postage company or Government. Customer is required to pay for the additional charges and collect from the requesting party, if any.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
In order to track the status (fulfilled/delivery) of your purchased item, kindly create an account on the Site.
Customers are advised to select and double-check the item with different variant before checking out from the shopping cart. Once the order has been paid, we are not able to do any changes or amendment on the order and no refund will be entertained.
Due to mass production of the product, it is not abnormal that the measurements stated on the product may vary from 0.5” to 1” from the stated measurement size. Any request to refund or returns due to this claim will not be considered as a defect.
Slight variance is expected for some printed items due to fabric placement and any request to refund or returns due to this claim will not be considered as a defect.
Due to various specification for different product, therefore they may be slight variance on colour portrayed of products across different devices. Any request to refund or returns due to this claim will not be considered as a defect.
Customer are advised to perform double-check on the delivery address upon checkout. We are not liable for orders that are incomplete and/or incorrect address given which might cause lost or delayed in delivery.
Gift code/store credit must be inserted before checking out or it will be considered as invalid. Paid order cannot be used with gift code/store credit to enjoy any discount and we are unable to edit the order once it’s paid.
All items purchased using Store Credits, Promotional Codes, or labelled as Sales items cannot be returned.
Once order been made, an order number will be sent to you to your account or email address when the we accept your order. Order cancellation is strictly not allowed.
Closetesbella reserves the full right to accept or decline any order(s) placed by customers. We will inform you through writing about our inability to accept your orders.
For every product, there is a “Product Care” section provide the correct way of taking care of the specific product. Generally, we advise customer to handwash all items in cold water and do not soaked. We will not be responsible if the item(s) has its colour runs, size shrinks and so on after washed or soaked and any returns due to this reason will not be entertained.
Store Credits are stored in the customer’s account and have no expiry date.
Store Credits can be applied for all purchase including items labelled under Sales category, however, store credits are not transferable or exchangeable to cash, and no cash will be reimbursed.
Pre-order items are items that upcoming and newly arriving to the store and will be categorised under “Pre-Order” tag. Backorders are items that have already sold out but available for order during the backorder period.
Due to specific circumstances, the arrival time for different items might different and will be stated under the items.
While we trying to get your product of choices, there may be situation where pre-orders have to be cancelled or delayed in term of delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment problems, supplier site problems and etc. Cancellation request are not permitted for delayed backorders.
